The Japanese head spa

Warm water, slow hands, nothing to do but lie back.

A Japanese head spa is a slow treatment for the scalp and hair. You lie back at the basin while your scalp is cleansed, rinsed with warm water and massaged, unhurried, in a quiet room.

It’s the treatment the salon leads with, and the one reviewers write about with the most feeling. Book it on its own, or as the first part of a longer visit.

“Came in for the Japanese head spa and it was the nicest and most relaxing treatment I’ve ever had!”

Water first, lashes last

Having more than one treatment? A lash lift or brow lamination needs to stay dry for the first day, so the head spa and facials go first. Pick what you’d like and your visit is laid out in that order, written up ready to call, message or send.

1. What would you like?
2. What’s it for? (optional)
3. When suits you?

Your visit, in order

  1. Pick a treatment

Choose one or more treatments and they’ll be laid out here in the order that works: the head spa and facials first, brows and lashes after the water, nails last.

Questions people ask

What is a Japanese head spa?

A slow treatment for the scalp and hair: cleansing, warm water and massage in a quiet room. Reviewers describe it as deeply relaxing. Ask when you book how long to set aside.

Can I have a head spa and a lash lift or brow lamination on the same day?

Yes, but have the head spa or facial first. Lash lifts and brow lamination should stay dry for the first day, so they go last. The visit planner on the home page puts treatments in that order for you.

How do I book?
